A year ago, Torquere Press opened for buisness. 16 novels, 4 Spectrum award nominations, 4 Eppie award nominations, 2 major site re-designs, and 1 subscription service later, they're going from strength to strength.
The three folks who took that jump from 'someone really ought to' to 'why don't we ...' and made it a reality? Rock so much.

You are what you eat -- the prize for this contest includes all five of the novels that opened the press' list on cdrom in a presentation lunchbox.
First Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest -- Yep, this is exactly what it sounds like and prizes are comprised of ebook and cdrom copies of both the Monsters and the Myths anthologies which are going to be the Haloween releases.
Write a Review, Win a Subscription -- Rate and review one of their novels and if you do it between today and October 31st, your name will automatically be entered into a draw for a full year subscription to Turn of the Screw. A full year of serial fic, just for telling us what you think.
