You my have noticed that things have been a little quiet around here. I'm kind of sorry about that. One of the things that's been keeping me busy, though, is editing for a new line of erotica novellas for Torquere Press, known as High Balls, and I'm really proud of the stories that I'm helping to publish.
The press is celebrating their two year anniversary as purveyors of high quality queer erotica with new novels, anthologies, single shots, three print books, and the new novella line, High Balls.
And the first High Ball : From The Get Go by Sean Michael
When easy-going Texas artist Dakin McBride makes his way to Ottawa, Canada for a showing, he meets Jeff Tamrin, ultra-competent manager of the Sussex Gallery. Despite coming from different worlds the attraction is immediate, and soon Dakin and Jeff negotiate their own brand of diplomatic relations, forgetting all about art or seeing the sights the city has to offer. They get wrapped up in the moment, both of them intrigued by what the feel for each other.
The more they get to know each other, the more they like what they see. Dakin has a life to go back to in Texas, though, and Jeff has his own in Canada. The two of them try to find a way to make their growing love survive in this fast paced High Ball. Get yours today!
I've also been writing a few reviews : Cowboy Up, the new cowboy themed anthology, Achillies Other Heel, and A Gentleman of Substance - I can recommend all three as excellent writing, although they're very different in style and setting, but you should check them out ;)
