As far as I know there's no nationality clause in the rules - Torquere have a good sized international community of both+/****writers and readers, so I'd be really surprised if they didn't take entries from all over

(and for the time being this LJ *i* my website - I've bought my domain name, but still haven't sorted hosting ...)
